Cooking is a tradition and must be enjoyed with style! Even as a child I locked in my family to Italy in cooking and baking.

With great enthusiasm I cooked later with my family, and I discovered my passion for cooking.

Later, I went to a retirement village in Basel trained as a chef, where I could then take my pride diplomas contrary.

I then worked in various italian and international restaurants in Basel, as Hotel Radisson SAS, Picobello Pizzeria Vineria, Restaurant Veronica, Restaurant Molino, Restaurant Bella Italia and more.

Since I have already worked as a chef event, and I enjoyed the fun, I had the idea to make myself am selfemployed as cook and Sörkoch event with my own ideas and full of inspiration.

Cooking changed my life, as well as privately and professionally.

Privately, I cooking for my family and friends and I cook professionally at events, parties and festivals and I organize very special catering service.
