TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms and conditions apply to all orders, also by phone, orally, or by e-mail issued and are an integral part of the contract which the signing of the order confirmation becomes valid. Live Cooking accepts in any way the function of an organizer.

Personnel costs are calculated from the arrival order location until they leave the.
The retained in order guest occupancy is binding for billing. Any other persons will be charged separately according to number.
Orders in total amount of less than Fr. 1`000.00 are cash payable upon delivery.
For quotation, an amount in excess Fr. 1,000.00, Live Cooking charges a payment on account before carrying out the event.
When ordering a down payment of 50% of the contract price is payable which must be paid up to 10 days before the event.
The final payment including any additional services are to conclusion of the event due to the detailed invoice payable in cash on delivery or within 10 days.
Live Cooking is entitled a reminder fee of CHF 25 to charge / reminder and an interest of 6% after the 1st reminder for non-compliance of the payment period.
If no down payment by the agreed date, the duty of the contractor goes out the order perform. However, the agreed and owed Auftragssumme still persists according Cancellation clause and must be paid by the client.
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs and exkl.8% VAT.
Currently live cooking NOT VAT charge.
Cancellation of contract
Due to important reasons, the client has the right to cancel the contract in writing to withdraw.
In this case, the sum is a percentage of the information provided on the listing total of:
30% to 30 days before the event,
45% to 20 days before the event
60% to 10 days due to the contractor prior to the event.
PERFORMANCE / RISK AND LIABILITY
For the performance live cooking guarantees impeccable quality.
Live Cooking committed to the occasion and perform professionally in a careful manner.
The food is fresh and of the highest quality.
Basically, no compensation can be claimed if no gross negligence can be proven for one thing by the contractor against live cooking. The client is responsible for the smooth power and water supplies necessary for the execution of the order. If delay or change of services by the contractor by missing or interrupted supplies the contractor can not be held responsible.
Even in the case of acts of God (storms / earthquakes etc.) that interfere with or render impossible the provision of services, live cooking can not be held liable.
The client undertakes the access roads must be kept free to the fairground and an appropriate toll-free provide parking for the transport vehicle for live cooking.
The client guarantees live cooking own organized third-party services, which have to be used or applied by live cooking, and in a good and clean condition
to hand over. The customer is liable for the provided by him are available, use or for distribution
Fremdleistungen.Reklamationen or complaints to the contractor must be made on the conference and be recorded in writing. For subsequent complaints or objections the contractor can not be held liable be made.
Jurisdiction for all disputes is Basel-Land.
